Extruded liquid cooling plate

Liquid cooling plate extrusion is a metal processing technology that is often used to process and produce complex-shaped aluminum alloy, steel and other metal parts. Its main feature is the use of liquid cooling technology to control the temperature of the material during the extrusion process to improve production quality and component accuracy.

The production process can be roughly divided into four major steps: heating and extrusion, liquid cooling control, demoulding and shaping, and quality inspection. After final inspection, it is ensured that the product meets the standards and specifications.
