The liquid cooling plate is the core component of the battery thermal management liquid cooling function module. In electric vehicles, the cooling system mainly includes cooling of components such as drive motor, vehicle controller and DC/DC, as well as cooling of power batteries and on-board chargers. At present, electric vehicle power batteries are mainly lithium-ion batteries that are sensitive to temperature changes.
The temperature environment in the battery pack has a great impact on the reliability, life and performance of the battery cells. Battery thermal management has become an important guarantee for the operation of new energy vehicles. The water cooled plate is one of the most critical components in the liquid cooling system of the battery pack. The battery generates excess heat, and the heat is transferred through the contact between the battery or the module and the surface of the plate-shaped aluminum device, and is finally passed through the internal flow channel of the device. The cooling liquid is taken away, and this plate-shaped aluminum device is a liquid-cooled plate.
