The design objectives of the power battery thermal management system are: to adjust the battery temperature to maintain the suitable temperature range of the battery; and to reduce the difference between the maximum and minimum temperature in the battery pack.
There are two main forms of battery pack cooling, direct cooling and indirect cooling. Direct cooling is that the cooling medium flows directly from the surface of the cell, taking away the excess heat; indirect cooling is that the cooling medium flows through the pipeline and the radiator, and the radiator contacts the cell, transferring the cell heat to the cooling medium.

1) Stamping type cooling plate for prismatic cells / battery pack/ pouch.
2) Extrusion snake tube for cylindrical cells, such as 21700, 18650, 3270, 4680 big cell.
3) Extruded tube with manifold for soft battery pack.
4) Roll bonding plate for heating / cooling.
5) Two-side flat plate with copper tube;
6) FSW coolant plate
7) Side or bottom cooling plate
