Liquid cooling is the most popular cooling technology in EV & ESS thermal management. It uses a liquid coolant such as glycol, water to cool the battery.
Aluminum serpentine cooling tube is one of the liquid cooling solution. It consists of multiple channels for increased heat transfer through higher surface area/volume ratio. Together with manifold, a basic cooling plate is formed.
