High Thermal Performance Heat Exchanger Cooler Water Liquid Cooling Cold Plate for EV ESS

Nowadays, Li-ion battery is still the main power source, in its working condition joule heat is the thing must be well handled. Passive cooling is fading away in today’s automotive industry, liquid cooling is widely accepted as the most effective way of thermal management.
Bottom cooling is one of the most preferred method for Li-ion battery pack. Especially for Prismatic cells. Advantage of bottom cooling is: cells’ space can be managed in a better level, which makes more cells fit into battery pack, so relatively the power density can be increased. In bottom cooling, aluminum cooling plate is the key part.
Consisted by well designed flow plate and base plate, Trumony’s aluminum cooling plate can achieve a very high thermal efficiency. It makes heat transfers effectively happen. Trumony use high Si aluminum material, which makes the cooling plate work in a very high anti corrosion performance. It can be durable in salt spray test over 700 hours.
Aluminum cooling plate with optimized channels will provide larger internal surface area, it will make thermal transfer happen in a more stable way. At the same time, good contact surface will also be a positive reason that makes the mechanical structure stronger.

2.What the alloy and temper of your water cooling plate ?
A: The aluminum alloy is 3000,6000 and temper is O-H112.
3.What the process technology to do the cold plate or coolant channles ?
A: Aluminum extrusion process , vacuum brazing process, roll bonded process and we also have CNC center.
4.Do you support customized prototype for battery pack module ?
A: Sure, we can produce the aluminum liquid cooling plate as your design. If just at the development stage, our existing cooled plate heat sinks are available for checking.
