Aluminum cooling plate is one of our advantageous products, it's for Lithium battery cooling. Power battery is an important core component of new energy vehicles. It determines the cost of new energy vehicles, but also determines the driving range of new energy vehicles, which affects consumers' car experience. A set of liquid cooling radiator is installed in the power battery pack to form a circuit. After the heat generated by the battery is transferred to the liquid in the radiator, the liquid generates convection due to the heat transfer, so that the liquid can flow by itself in the circuit, thereby carrying heat. We Trumony is specilized in providing liquid cooling solution for EV:  aluminum water cold plate, serpentine cooling ribbon, extruded cooling tube, cooling plate for prismatic cell, roll bonding cooling plate, cooling blocks, water cooling for power station etc.

Surface treatment: Spray treatment to prevent corrosion

 2) Extrusion snake tube for cylindrical cells, such as 21700, 18650, 3270, 4680 big cell.

A: Normally 30% TT in advance, balance paid before shipment.

A: Usually it will take 15-20 days for new moulds and free samples (within 5kg), after confirmation, 25-30 days for mass production.
