Vacuum Liquid Cooled Plate Inflatable Aluminum Soaking Plate for Automobile Vehicle
Inflatable aluminum soaking plate is a new type of soaking plate structure. It needs to use printing, rolling, inflation and other processes to manufacture a hollow aluminum plate shell, and then use vacuum, perfusion, sealing and other processes to manufacture a highly efficient Heat transfer vapor chamber.
Aluminum roll bond evaporator often used in refrigerator appliance. With the advantages of low cost and high efficiency, now it's also rapidly applied for EV and ESS battery cooling.

Thickness of finished roll bond plate: 1.1~2.5mm
Surface treatment: Spray treatment to prevent corrosion
