Water Cooled Tube Aluminum Cooling Ribbon for Automobile Battery
Using liquid as the cooling medium, the heat generated by the battery is taken away by convection heat exchange.
Common liquids that can be used as cooling media are water, ethylene glycol aqueous solution, pure ethylene glycol, air conditioning refrigerant and silicone oil.
The liquid cooling medium has high heat transfer coefficient, large specific heat capacity, fast cooling speed, uniform heat dissipation, and the structure of the liquid cooling system is relatively compact. The structure of liquid-cooled equipment is more complicated than that of air-cooled equipment, and the requirements for product quality and sealing design are quite strict.
