Electric Vehicle 21700 Cells Battery Pcak Direct Side Cooling Channel Tube Liquid Cooling Heat Dissipation
Nowadyas, there are four main ways for battery manufacturers to dissipate heat from batteries, namely, natural heat dissipation, air-cooled heat dissipation, liquid-cooled heat dissipation, and refrigeration heat dissipation.
Liquid cooling solution, a set of liquid cooling device is added inside the power battery pack, and a loop is formed. After the heat generated by the battery is transferred to the liquid in the radiator, the liquid will transfer heat and create convection, and the liquid will flow through the circuit to carry away the heat. It works very closely to the way an engine is cooled.
