Aluminum stamping liquid cooling plate side cooling high heat dissipation home and commercial energy storage system use
Traditionally, most lithium-ion energy storage systems adopted air cooling systems for thermal management. This means we maintain the battery module in a stable operating temperature by conditioning the surrounding air.
Recently, the maturity of photovoltaic technology has promoted the development of high-power, high-power energy storage systems. With this comes higher heat exchange requirements, so Trumony has also joined the research and development of liquid-cooled battery energy storage systems.
For the heat exchange needs of energy storage battery pack from power generation side and consumption side, which include home energy storage system(HESS), industrial and commercial energy storage system, wind and solar energy storage integration, one-stop micro-grid energy storage and other application scenarios. Our project team will provide liquid cooling plate structure design, thermal interface material selection, pipeline layout, water cooler selection and other supporting services according to the actual requirements of customers.
The cooling water-glycol mixture is approximately 3,500 times more efficient than air, which means that the use of liquid cooling gives ESS systems higher density and better long-term performance. At the same time, the use of liquid cooling can reduce land use by 34% compared to the use of air-cooled ESS products.

Can you realize the proposed design concepts?
Yes. Trumony is able to provide drafting service: 2D drawings and 3D digital models can be output.
Can you turn the 3D model to the physical products?
Yes. Trumony is capable to access the production feasibility of the of the models. In the early stage of design, our engineers will evaluate the structure of the model and optimize the easily damaged parts in the production.
Can you carry out performance test on product?
Yes. Trumony is able to simulate product model working in the environment required by the customer and obtain the key performance parameters through finite element solution.
Then trial costs could be reduced by improving product design efficiency.
