How to improve the thermal conductivity of the water cooling plate?

There are usually the following solutions to improve thermal conductivity: (1) increase the contact area between the water cooling plate and the battery; (2) increase the thermal conductivity of the interface between the cold plate and the battery; (3)increase the thermal conductivity of the material of the water cooling plate (4) Adjust the flow channel design to improve the heat transfer effect of the fluid itself; (5) Different cold plate layout schemes.

As for the water cooling plate material, aluminum alloy is mainly used in the industry at present. Copper has better heat conduction effect, but the cost is much more expensive, so it is not the mainstream direction and has applications in non-battery pack fields; for improving the heat conduction efficiency of the thermal interface material, the main It is to work hard on the thermal interface material (TIM). From the previous air medium, to the later thermal conductive pad, and then to the current thermal conductive adhesive, the thermal conductivity of TIM is constantly improving.
