Battery Integrated Cooling Solutions Liquid Cooling Plate
In order to meet the long range requirements of electric vehicles, the energy density and the number of cells used in electric vehicles continue to rise, resulting in an increase in the thermal load of the battery pack. However, due to the limitation of vehicle layout space and vehicle weight, the gap between the cells is reduced and the space for heat dissipation is reduced. The traditional natural heat dissipation and forced air cooling can no longer meet the cooling demand of the battery under the vehicle operating conditions such as large rate charging and discharging. In order to keep the temperature of the power lithium battery within the appropriate range and ensure the safety and service life of the battery system, it is necessary to develop a high-efficiency liquid cooling system. One of the important components of the liquid cooling system is the liquid cooling plate.
