Electric Vehicle Cylinder Battery Thermal Management System Aluminum Cooler Tube
With the rapid development of new energy electric vehicles, cylindrical battery diameter 46 mm is the optimal solution to improve the battery life and reduce the cost. For cylindrical cell, side to side cooling is the best solution. Side to side cooling has higher heat transfer efficiency owing to its large contact area. The battery usaully generates much heat during its performance,which leads to its temperature gets higher and higher, but with the coolant going through its cooling tube settled beside the battery pack, the coolant will take away the heat produced by the battery. So as to assist the battery pack keep its battery under an optimal temperature, in case the battery gets too hot.
