Glycol Coolant With Black Insulation Coating Micro Channel Cooling Tube
Micro-channel heat exchangers / liquid cooling tube, use extruded flat tubes with multiple small channels running the length of the tube. They are available in a variety of designs and complexity to provide an ideal solution used in heat exchangers. They are exceptionally capable of handling high pressure refrigerants and are manufactured to meet the customer’s specific requirements with respect to alloy, geometry, wall and web thicknesses. With very low thermal resistance micro-extrusions are ideal for cooling high heat density components.
Black coating is the insulation coating, we can also provide the interface thermal material.
The advantage of TIM:
1. The interface material has impression ratio, it helps the battery touch well with the cooling components. Without the interface, the match won't be very good, then heat transfer won't be good.
2. The interface help avoid the short circuit. avoid the battery and cooling components collision when the vehicle is in moving.

A:

4) Roll bond cooling plate for heating / cooling.
Q: What method of processing technology?
A: We have brazing line, stamping line, extrusion line, and roll boned process line. Also CNC centre is available.
Q: If we don't have design, can you assist in design?
