Prismatic Cells Battery Side Cooling Serpentine Tube
Side to side cooling, unlike cooling from the bottom of battery pack. Side to side cooling has higher heat transfer efficiency owing to its large contact area. The battery usaully generates much heat during its performance,which leads to its temperature gets higher and higher, but with the coolant going through its cooling tube settled beside the battery pack, the coolant will take away the heat produced by the battery. So as to assist the battery pack keep its battery under an optimal temperature, in case the battery gets too hot.
The advantages of serpentine elbow:
a) Reduce flow paths, strengthen flow, meet stronger heat dissipation requirements;
b) More suitable for product placement;
c) Heat capacity increases 10%.
