VDA battery module water cooling plate electric automobile for tricycle truck use

When an electric vehicle is in use, the rapid discharge of the battery will generate a lot of heat. The normal operation of the battery requires an effective cooling system to maintain the temperature within 20-50 degree to function properly between extreme temperatures, and at the same time keeps the temperature difference in the battery packs not exceed 5 degree.  Larger internal temperature differences can cause each cell to charge and discharge at different rates, reducing the performance of the battery pack.

Thermal runaway can result if the cells overheat or the temperature distribution in the battery pack is uneven.

Liquid coolants have higher thermal conductivity and heat capacity than air, so they perform very efficiently and offer advantages such as compactness and ease of deployment. For prismatic and cylindrical battery packs, there are two types of water cooling tube, one is wavy shape serpentine tube, another is bottom cooling stamping water cooling tube. There are flow channels inside to allow coolant running for heat transfer.

Yes. Trumony is capable to access the production feasibility of the of the models. In the early stage of design, our engineers will evaluate the structure of the model and optimize the easily damaged parts in the production.
