Aluminum Serpentine Cooling Tube for EV Lithium Battery Cooling Using
In a power battery system, excess heat is generated by the operation of the battery, and the heat is transferred through the contact between the battery or module and the surface of the plate aluminum device, and is eventually carried away by the coolant passing through the flow channel inside the device. This plate type aluminum device is the liquid cooling plate.
Using the extrusion process to directly shape the cold plate runner, and then through the machine to open the cycle, usually using friction welding, brazing welding and other welding processes for sealing, this process is highly productive and low cost.

4) Roll bond cooling plate for heating / cooling.
Q: What method of processing technology?
