Customized aluminum prismatic battery cold plate for EV cars and construction machine use
Most electric vehicles are liquid-cooled, and compared to air-cooling and phase-change materials, liquid cooling can stabilize the cooling components more efficiently, near maximum output. At the same time, changes in ambient temperature will not affect the normal operation of liquid cooling (such as in hot summer and cold winter). Liquid cooling is more friendly to the long-term performance of the battery and meets the automotive needs for efficient, lightweight, small-footprint thermal management solutions.
Battery cooling plate is one part of battery thermal management system. It is used for battery cooling. The cooling plate can be made by extrusion or stamping. Our battery cooling plate or battery cooling tube can be used for cylindrical and prismatic cell cooling. Our cooling plate can be one side flat or double side flat, touching the cell for cooling.
